Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LinkedHook AI collects, why, and the control you have over it. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never store your plain IP address, and you can delete everything at any time by deleting your account.

Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth. We receive your Google account identifier, name, and email address, and store them in our Supabase-hosted profile database. We never see or store your Google password.

The work summaries you submit and the hooks generated for you are stored in your generation history so you can revisit them. They are linked to your account (or, for anonymous visitors, to a hashed identifier — see below).

To generate hooks, your summary is sent to our AI provider (Zhipu GLM) over an encrypted connection and processed solely to produce the response.

Visitors who are not signed in get 3 generations per day. To enforce this we store only a keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256) of your IP address — never the address itself. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP.

Pro subscriptions are processed by Creem. Payment details (card numbers, billing info) are handled entirely by Creem and never reach our servers. We store only your subscription status and a customer reference so the service knows you have paid.

Free accounts see ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads — you can manage this in Google Ad Settings. Pro subscribers never see ads, and no ad code runs for them.

Your profile and generation history are kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and history permanently — including for GDPR erasure requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us (below) and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
